First edition, second (and more desirable) issue. Profusely illustrated with sixty-two hand-colored plates, plus illustrated title page. Folio. Contemporary half-morocco over marbled boards with spine lettered in gilt. Extremities bumped, rubbed and edgeworn. Front and rear hinges cracked, covers starting. Front endpapers creased. Light foxing and toning scattered throughout. Very good.
