Henry Dearborn Autographed Letter Signed. Two pages, 9.75" x 8". Hallowell, September 19, 1827. To Henry A.S. Dearborn, a late letter from the general to his son about health and family affairs. Signed in full on verso, "Henry Dearborn". Also includes annotation on lower margin of verso by Henry A.S. Dearborn, identifying the family members mentioned and the age of his father at the time of writing this letter, followed by his signature, "H.A.S. Dearborn".Light toning and soiling, smoothed folds, with 0.5" tear starting on lower horizontal fold. Corners slightly rounded, tiny crease on lower left corner.
