Lois & Buzz Aldrin's Wedding: A Present of an American Flag Flown over the U.S. Capitol from (then) California Senator Pete Wilson [with] Photo [and] Signed Copy of Men From Earth, Originally from Buzz Aldrin's Personal Collection, with Certificate of Authenticity. A 5' x 3' "Flag of the United States of America" flown over the Capitol building as certified by the Architect of the Capitol George M. White, presented to "Buzz Aldrin and Lois Driggs Cannon on the occasion of their Wedding, February 14, 1988, by the Honorable and Mrs. Pete Wilson." Also included is a color photograph of Buzz Aldrin presenting a signed copy of his book Men From Earth (a signed copy of which is included with this lot). Flag is folded, very fine; the certificate has a tear at left side; the signed book is very fine.
