Mercury-Redstone 3: Eight Vintage Glossy Photos of Mission Backup John Glenn Receiving a Medical Examination, all from the Personal Archives of NASA Legend Bill Taub. All are 10" x 8" B&W prints are of a shirtless Glenn being examined by two different doctors. None have press captions and none are numbered. Generally excellent.NOTE: The photos from this archive were the inspiration for the recent book by J. L. Pickering and John Bisney, Photographing America's First Astronauts, Project Mercury Through the Lens of Bill Taub. A beautiful book from the Purdue University Press. Highly recommended.
