Gus Grissom Signed Mercury-Redstone (Liberty Bell 7) Color Photo. An 8" x 10" glossy photo of Grissom after his successful Mercury suborbital flight aboard Liberty Bell 7, on the telephone with President Kennedy who had called to congratulate him. Signed in black felt tip: "Warmest personal regards to 'Cappy'/ Virgil I. Grissom". The "Cappy" inscription refers to KSC launch manager Walter Kapryan. An incredible rare and desirable photo.
