Original black cloth, spine stamped in gilt; original dust jacket. 316 pages. Later edition. Inscribed by Reagan on the front free endpaper: "To Joe & Susie / with every good wish / Ronald Reagan."
United States Postal Service Commemorative Publication for the Universal Postal Union's One Hundredth Anniversary. 1974. 8vo. Original brown vellum, upper cover stamped in gilt; original slipcase. This book was a gift from Klassen to Ford in the early months of his first year in office and includes a personalized dedication page, reading, "To President Gerald Ford / with Best Wishes." Signed by President Ford and Postmaster General E. T. Klassen on the dedication page.
Condition: Where's the Rest with minor wear to dust jacket extremities; endpapers lightly toned. UPU publication near fine.
