Description
Ithaca Field Grade Double-Barrel Shotgun. 16 gauge. Serial number 456902. 28" blued Smokeless Powder Steel barrels with a slightly tapered, concave matte rib with an ivory front and mid bead. About six pounds total weight, 44¼" overall length, FOP 13¾", DAC 1¾", DAH 3". Case-colored action with faintly engraved hunting dog motifs on either side and additional engraved starburst designs elsewhere. Blued trigger guard and double triggers. Checkered walnut stock and matching fore end. Stock and barrel drilled for sling swivels. In overall excellent condition with some thinness to the varnish on the stock and with a small piece of the plastic butt plate missing.Auction Info
