Description
U.S./ C.S. 4.52 Inch 12 Pounder Spherical Shot with Original Wooden Sabot and Cross Straps. Wooden sabot has minor 'chip' along the section where the powder bag is attached. Projectile has a nice smooth surface, dark olive patina. Straps retain much of the original finish. Old tag reads, "12 Pdr Shrapnel Civil War". Exceptional example and becoming very difficult to locate.Auction Info
