Gene Cernan, Alan Shepard, and Jim McDivitt Signed Book: America's Space Pilots. From Mercury to Apollo-Soyuz. (Gordon L. Harris, 1975). A softbound book with color cover, privately printed, written by the former Public Affairs Chief at NASA's KSC, telling the story of the astronauts and space program, 95 pages. The half title page is signed in blue ink: "To Chris/ Best Wishes/ Gene Cernan/ Apollo XVII" and also: "George Hughes. Sheriff Dallas". Page seven is signed next to his photo: "To Chris/ Alan Shepard" and page fifty-one is signed: "To Chris/ James A. McDivitt" on an Apollo 9 crew photo. Very good.Auction Info
