Description
Apollo Command Module Environmental Control System Hardware: Two Suit Circuit Check Valves and Screen Assemblies, AiResearch Part 850137 (Contract NAS-9-150). Simple but functional parts, 3.5" diameter x 3.5" overall. A metal screen fitted into a rubber diaphragm that would allow air to flow one way but not the other. Part number printed on each valve is "850137" along with "DWD 45362" and an inspector stamp. A diagram of this component copied from the "Apollo System Engineering Manual" is included.
