Circa 1850 American Half Stock Percussion Rifle 50 3/4" overall with a 36" unmarked rifled octagon barrel dark with pitting at the breech and muzzle. Double set triggers, functioning back action lock with illegible makers stamp. German silver fittings, trigger guard with simple scroll engraving. Highly figured walnut stock broken and repaired at the wrist, otherwise showing minor dents only. Complete with original hickory ramrod.
