Apollo 9 Flown Kapton Foil Segment from the Lunar Module Spider on an Illustrated Color Limited Edition, #27/50, Foam Core Presentation with Heritage Provenance and Letter of Authenticity from Apollospace. An 8" x 10" photo of the LM above the horizon with the foil segment below with the text: "Kapton Foil From The Apollo 9 Lunar Module 'Spider' Which Flew In Earth Orbit For 10 Days March 3 - March 13, 1969. Retrieved By Lunar Module Pilot Rusty Schweickart." Note that this portion of flown foil was originally consigned to Heritage Auctions by Rusty Schweickart and sold in May 2019.
