Description
Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle. Serial No. 156100A, ..22 short caliber, 24¼-inch octagonal barrel with Rocky Mountain sights. Blued finish. Walnut stock and fore-arm. Crescent buttplate. Manufactured 1884. Condition: Fair. Original finish aged to an overall brown patina with light surface pitting and wear to the high spots. Action a bit loose. Dust cover a later replacement. Stock worn and scratched with some minor chipping along the top tang. Bore dark.Auction Info
