Scarce English Brass-Barreled Flintlock Blunderbuss by Richards. 1 1/8-inch wide bore at muzzle. 13 5/8-inch plain brass blunderbuss barrel with flared muzzle and English proofs. Top flat inscribed: London. Top of barrel fitted with spring-loaded steel triangular bayonet. Steel flintlock mechanism with roller frizzen and sliding safety. Lock marked: Richards. Varnished walnut stock with brass furniture. Hardwood ramrod with brass tip. 29 1/4-inches long overall. Condition: Very good. Showing light wear and minor marks overall. Professional stock repair over lock. Mechanically sound.Auction Info
