Neil Armstrong Signed Sheet of Thirty-Two "First Man On The Moon" Stamps with Letter of Authenticity from Steve Zarelli. A sheet of these popular 1969 10¢ Air Mail stamps (Scott #C76) with the plate number 31387. Signed in the wide left selvage in blue ink: "Neil Armstrong".
