Description
Apollo 11 Vintage NASA "Crew Debriefing Guide" Book, AS 506/ CSM 107/ LM-5. A softcover book of 82 numbered pages, 8" x 10.5", bound with two original staples, prepared by the Mission Training Section, Mission Operations Branch, Flight Crew Support Division at the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston. Dated July 10, 1969. This copy belonged to Lewis C. Wade of the Manned Spacecraft Center; he was heavily involved in planning the Photographic Objectives for Apollo. The first of these Heritage has offered for an Apollo mission. Very fine.The Introduction reads: "The debriefing guide is designed to obtain maximum information from Apollo 11 (AS 506/CSM107/LM-5) concerning operational experience and crew/spacecraft performance. The guide is not intended to limit comments to specific systems or mission phases, but is furnished to assist crew recall. The results are recorded, transcribed, and distributed for general information, and particularly for the purpose of eliciting more specific information during the subsequent crew debriefings."
