Apollo-Era Space Food Package "Day - 9, Meal - B". A 5.5" x 3.5" x 2" sealed plastic pouch containing a complete meal in individual packages along with a germicide tablet. The label on front has the number "8027" and an inspector's stamp, along with white Velcro swatch, which implies it was intended for a Command Module Pilot. On the back is Serial No. "FAC185". The individual item labels that are visible are for "Corn Chowder / 8019" and "Coconut Cubes / 8018". Quite rare as packaged. Very fine.Auction Info
