Apollo 9 Flown Malfunction Procedures Book Page. A two-sided 10.5" x 8" three-hole punched, lightweight page numbered 3 of 4 and 4 of 4. From the "Malfunction Procedures" book, P/N "SKB32100037-201", and S/N "1005". Dated February 6, 1969, this sheet includes procedural flow charts for the operation of onboard cameras. Apollo 9 was a critical mission in the program as it, among other things, achieved the first crewed flight of a lunar module. Included is a copy of the LOA from McDivitt when the complete book was sold. Very fine.Auction Info
