Description
Apollo 9 Flown PLSS/ LM Communications Cue Card Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission Commander Jim McDivitt, Signed and Certified, with Signed LOA, in Custom Acrylic Display. A 4.75" x 7.5" heavyweight printed card with Velcro strips on both sides. It is signed in green felt tip: "Flown Aboard Apollo 9/ LM & PLSS Communication/ Check Out/ Jim McDivitt/ CDR". The PLSS was used in space on Apollo 9 for the very first time. The card has been handsomely mounted in a custom acrylic display with wood base and metal plaque that reads: "APOLLO 9 FLOWN/ PLSS/LM COMMUNICATIONS CUE CARD/ March 3-13, 1969". Seldom offered.
