Apollo 13 Flown Beta Cloth Mission Insignia Certified and
Signed by and Originally From the Personal Collection of Mission
Lunar Module Pilot Fred Haise. An 8" square piece of Beta cloth
with the mission insignia at center, three flying "Steeds of
Apollo" with the slogan "Ex Luna, Scientia" (From the Moon,
Knowledge). Just beneath, Fred Haise has boldly signed in black
felt tip: "Flown to the moon on Apollo 13/ Fred Haise/ Apollo 13
LMP". A rare and displayable flown relic from what Haise has
called: "NASA's most successful failure." Only the second of these
Heritage has offered. Excellent. From the Family Collection of
Jacques Bracke.
