Description
Winston Churchill Signed Photograph. Measuring 2.75" x 3.75", the prime minister is seen in this iconic chest up portrait sitting with his right arm propped up on a table. He is wearing a dark suit, bowtie, and white pocket square. The photograph was taken by Walter Stoneman, chief photographer with J. Russell and Sons, on April 1, 1942. Churchill has signed his name on the mount, which measures 4.25" x 6.25" overall.Condition: The mount shows mat burn from previous framing; the photograph has light silvering along the bottom and right edges. Mounting remnants on the verso of the mount.
