Description
Alexander Graham Bell Typed Letter Signed. One page, 7.5" x 7.75", Beinn Bhreagh, Nova Scotia; October 20, 1919. Addressed to a Jerome Milkman, enclosing his autograph. It reads in full: "In response to your note of October 11 I have pleasure in handing you my autograph hereon." Signed, "Alexander Graham Bell." Letter has been mounted to a larger paper to an overall size of 8" x 10.5".Condition: Light blossoming of ink, causing a halo effect. Separate biographical paper has been affixed to mounting paper. Four punch holes to left margin. Lightly toned. Toning from adhesive residue visible on recto. Pencil notations to recto.
