James Monroe Land Grant Signed as President of the United States. "James Monroe." One page, partially printed the remainder completed in manuscript on vellum, 13.25" x 10.5", Washington, March 31, 1820. Also endorsed by Josiah Meigs, as Commissioner of the General Land Office.Condition: Vermin damage on the left edge and in the fold creases; toned with scattered browning. Good condition.
