Description
Braxton Bragg Document Signed. One page, recto and verso, 7.5" x 9.5" (sight), no place; July 1, 1862. Confederate objectives and organizations listing the total number of men and the generals they had been assigned to. Includes the District of the Mississippi [Hardee], the Army of the West [Price], and the District of the Gulf [J.H. Forney]. Signed by Bragg as General Commander. It is matted and framed with an image of Bragg in uniform to the overall size of 27.25" x 15". Not examined outside of the frame.Condition: Document at left of frame is a photocopy of the front of the document. Lightly toned.
