Description
James Blaine and John Logan 1884 Jugate Poster. 22.75" x 17.75" (sight). R. H. Curran & Company, 1884. Lithograph by Hatch Engraving Company of New York, titled "The Republican Souvenir. Standard Bearers, and Illustrious Statesmen." It has large portraits of the 1884 Republican candidates, depictions of Lincoln and Garfield, and smaller images illustrating how the lives of African-Americans improved under Republican politicians. Matted and framed to an overall size of 31.25" x 26.5". Not examined outside of the frame.Condition: 2" closed tear along the top right edge. .5" closed tear on right edge. Lightly foxed and soiled.
