George Washington Clipped Free Frank Signed "Go: Washington." Small slip, 5.75" x 2.5" (sight), no place; no date. Integral address leaf, featuring a beautiful, bold free frank signature from Washington, addressed to "His Excellency Governor Johnson." With a red wax seal at the top right. Matted and framed with an image of Washington to the overall size of 11.5" x 17.25".Condition: Flattened fold, with moderate toning throughout. Small separation at the fold, through the end of Washington's signature. Light soiling.
