Description
William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody Signed Ticket and Program. Ticket measures 4 ½ x 2 ¼ inches (sight); circa 1899. An unused complimentary pass for a performance of the Buffalo Bill's Wild West show signed, "W. F. Cody" in black ink. The ticket is matted and framed with a photograph of Cody to an overall size of 20 x 15 inches.Together with a Buffalo Bill's Wild West program printed in 1899 by the Fless & Ridge Printing Company of New York. 64 pages, with 5 additional pages of advertisements at rear (including an ad on the inside bottom wrapper). Program measures 7 ¼ x 9 ½ inches.
Condition: Ticket has some soiling and a few creases, with perforation intact. Not examined out of the frame. Program has heavy wear, with chipping and tearing. Top left corner of front wrapper has been torn off, cello tape repairs along spine.
