FIRST EDITION. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the front free endpaper: "Woodrow Wilson."
The present title was published two years into Wilson's eight-year presidential term.
Condition: Minor edgewear to cloth. Light finger-soiling to endpapers; a pale spot or two to text.
