Andrew Jackson Sowell Funeral Card, circa 1941. 4.25" x 6.5". A decorated funeral card for Texas Ranger A. J. Sowell, printed on cardboard that displays his death date, name, and poem. A six line poem is printed in brown and begins: "A precious one from us has gone/ A voice we love is stilled/ A place in vacant in our home/ Which never can be filled". Slight browning and staining but in very good condition.Auction Info
