Description

Eleanor Roosevelt: Typed Letters Signed with Christmas Sentiment, Autograph Note Signed, and Cards Signed. Included are two typed letters as First Lady consisting of one page and measuring 6" x 9.25". Dated December 13, 1942 and December 29, 1944, on "The White House, Washington" imprinted letterhead. One with original transmittal envelope.

One typed letter comprised of one page and measuring 6" x 7". Dated December 14, 1960, thanking the recipient for Christmas greetings and includes the original transmittal envelope.

Condition: Some with corner creases and scattered light soiling. Transmittal envelopes show slight paper loss. The two White House cards have slight smudges and one has an oxidized paperclip impression at the upper edge.
