Description
Roosevelt & Fairbanks: Jugate Glass Paperweight. 4" x 2.5" x 5/8," an outstanding example with portraits of the 1904 Republican nominees. Produced by A. Graeser of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the process of making these paperweights is as popular in form as it is in content due to the utilization of milk glass and the adaptation of color in the background. This example has one small bump on the bottom right corner that we mention purely for accuracy. Otherwise this is one of the finest we've sold.Auction Info
