1849 Charleston Neck SERVANT Slave Hire Tag Number 105. Diamond-shape tag with hole at top for suspension, clipped corners, 51 mm across. The punched inscription reads: "Charleston/ Neck/ 105/ Servant/ 1849". Creases or cracks, as shown. Deep chocolate patina. Aesthetically pleasing. Authenticated by Numismatic Conservation Services.
