Measuring at 7" x 10.5", this piece invites voters to "A Grand Banner Raising & Open Air Mass Meeting" on September 19, 1884, at the corner of Park Avenue and 86th Street in New York City. Multiple speakers are advertised, including J. Fairfax McLaughlin and General Egbert L. Viele. There is evidence of past folds with minor chipping along edges and some toning to paper.
