Description
Jefferson Davis: Back-to-Back Ferrotype. C-1861-16, 25mm, gilt brass shell. Issued circa 1861, depicting President Davis on one side and General Beauregard (hero of Bull Run, or First Manassas) on the other. Davis' portrait has minor dark marks with some wear on Beauregard's name. Great condition and a nice sample. No minimum bid. From the J.Doyle Dewitt Collection.Auction Info
