Abraham Lincoln: 1860 Currier & Ives Campaign Print. A hand-colored Currier & Ives lithographed print titled: "Hon. Abraham Lincoln, Republican Candidate For Sixteenth President Of The United States." Size is 13.5" x 17.5" with some soiling and abrasions (mainly in the outer margin areas), not generally affecting the portrait; however, a light stain appearing on Lincoln's forehead is somewhat minimized due to the color and shading. A few repaired tears above the left shoulder. This is a rare print that would benefit greatly from professional cleaning and framing. A Hamlin mate exists.Auction Info
