Grover Cleveland: Spectacular 1888 Jugate Campaign Chart. 26.5" x 34" linen backed campaign chart in support of the 1888 Standard Bearers. Published by J.R. Spaulding & Co., Boston, having large images of the candidates and bold vivid colors. Below the Jugate portraits a biography of Cleveland and Thurman is provided, as well as the Democratic Platform for the 1888 campaign. One would be hard pressed to find a more graphic and appealing late 19th Century campaign display piece.Condition: A small area of restoration in upper left margin not detracting. Light toning and aging, but very fine overall.
