Description
Samuel Adams et al: "Proscribed Patriots" Liverpool Jug in Full Color with Jefferson Quote. Very pretty 10" tall pitcher with three great transfers: 1) "Success to America whose Militia is better than Standing Armies". 2) eagle with fifteen stars and 1804 "No entangling alliances" quote by Thomas Jefferson. 3) "The Memory of Washington and the Proscribed Patriots of America." Rather than the traditional black transfers, these are done in mulberry with yellow & blue highlights. One vertical crack that extends nearly all the way to the bottom, through the "Patriots" transfer, plus a triangular piece near the top of the transfer which has been neatly repaired with some restoration to the last four letters in "Washington".
