W. F. & Co. Stamped Colt D.A. Double Action Revolver.Serial no. 229026, .38 caliber, 4 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Backstrap marked: W.F. & CO. EX. Fire-blued trigger. Rampant Colt to left side of frame. Checkered factory hard rubber grip panels.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 50-60% of a thinning finish with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Faint tracking line to cylinder. Action good. Strong bore. From the Estate of Robert (Bobby) Palazzo, Westlake Village, CA.
