Description
"Congress Medal" Cigar and Assorted Ephemera.Silver-foil wrapped cigar with band identifying it as the "Congress Medal" brand. Sold with a brass contributor's token for a 1925 G. A. R. parade in Grand Rapids, a 25-years service badge for the Koltes Post No. 32 of the Department of N.Y. and a 1901 brass souvenir badge for the dedication of a Soldier's & Sailor's Monument in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Excellent.
