Four Civil War Post Authorization Certificates.

1) 16" x 19" post authorization certificate, titled "Woman's Relief Corps", listing twenty-nine ladies who constitute the "Farragut Relief Corps No. 4, Department of Michigan, Battle Creek". January 29, 1884. Moderate toning, somewhat brittle, but fully intact. 2) 15.5" x 20.5" post authorization certificate titled "Grand Army of the Republic" listing ten veterans who constitute the "U. S. Grant Post No. 117" of Newark, New Jersey, January 2, 1892. Mounted to board. Normal folds, very good. 3) 15" x 18.5" (larger, but edges folded over) post authorization certificate titled "Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic" listing the members who constitute the "Gen. W. H. Huntington Circle No. 34 of Jackson, Michigan." November 16, 1912. Light soiling and toning. About good. 4) 14" x 20" certificate titled "Sons of Veterans of the United States of America" listing the members who constitute the "William B. Hayden Camp No. 90" at Catskill, New York.
