Description
Winchester Falling Block Single Shot Rifle.Serial no. 26593, .22 caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with hooded front sight and rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Smooth walnut straight stock. Crescent metal buttplate.
Condition: Poor. Retaining traces of original finish, the balance a brownish grey age patina with noticeable wear and pitting. Barrel is upside down. Fore-end is absent. Action is non-functioning with possible inner pieces absent. Screw absent to lower tang. Wood showing scattered scuffs, dings and bruises.
