Description
Customized Remington Model 1917 Bolt-Action Target Rifle.Serial no. 614229, .22 caliber, a standard Model 1917 receiver mated to a massive 27-inch heavy barrel and mounted in a heavy walnut target stock. Fitted with scope bases and with a heavy aluminum butt plate with Schuetzen-style hooked attachment (though no mounting screws are provided).
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 94-96% finish, with scattered signs of handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Noticeable scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Strong bore.
