Lot of Two Bolt Action Rifles with Telescopic Sights.Comprising: 1.) English Majestic Bolt Action Rifle. Serial no. 8E129, .270 WIN. caliber, 23-inch barrel with ventilated muzzle, fixed front sight and folding rear sight. Blued finish. Bolt marked: MAJESTIC. Various England proof marks. Checkered walnut pistolgrip stock and forearm. Oval escutcheon with crest and W.H.S. to right side of stock. Sling swivels and leather shoulder sling. Ventilated rubber recoil pad. Banner by Bushnell 4X scope. 2.) Sears Model 53 Bolt Action Rifle. Serial no. 21934, .243 WIN. caliber, 22 3/4-inch barrel with fixed front sight and rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Checkered walnut pistolgrip stock and forearm. Sling swivels and leather shoulder sling. Ventilated rubber recoil pad. Sears 3X-9X scope.
Condition: Very good. Each retaining 95% plus finish with light handling wear and very fine spots of pitting. Scattered scuffs, dings and scratches present to wood. Actions good. Strong bores. Clear optics.
