Description
Italian Copy of Colt 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver.Serial no. 5581 [barrel, frame, triggerguard, cylinder and butt], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front bead sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. COLTS / PATENT stamped to left side of frame. Etched cylinder scene. Smooth walnut one-piece grip.
Condition: Very good to excellent. Overall showing light handling wear and very fine spots of pitting. Action crisp. Bright bore. Nelson A. Faerber Collection.
