Description
Parker Bros. Double Barrel Percussion Shotgun.Serial no. 36015 [lower tang], 12 gauge, 25 1/2-inch damascus barrels with front bead sight. Rib marked: PARKER BROS. MAKERS, MERIDEN CONN. TWIST. Each side of receiver stamped: PARKER BROS. Dual triggers. Checkered walnut pistolgrip stock and splinter fore-end. Blank badge shaped escutcheon to top of wrist. Metal buttplate.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with areas of handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Scattered dings and scuffs present to wood. Action good. Strong bores.
