Fantastic Indian War-Era Cavalry Uniform Group.
Comprising: 1.) 1876 campaign hat with cavalry tassel. The hat is marked "Campaign Hat Manufactured by John T. Waring & Co.". 2.) Chief trumpeter cavalry shell jacket with 7-eagle button front and 1-inch stand-up collar. Cloth tag on the inside neck names the tunic to "C. W. Derby". Yellow felt chief trumpeter chevrons on both sleeves. 3.) Two pair of cavalry trousers. One with yellow tape stripes and button adjustments at the lower leg; the other a much larger size with felt stripes and straight cuffs. Marked "Eaves Costume Company" on the inside. 4.) Cavalry greatcoat with detachable cape. 4.) Enlisted mans' white leather gauntlets marked size 8 ½.

Condition: 1.) Very good. Some soiling, small 1-inch closed tear on the brim. 2.) Very good. The jacket has a few small scattered holes and vermin nips. 3.) Very good. With small scattered holes. 4.) Very good. 5.) Excellent.
