Description
Apollo 17 Lunar Module Flown Camera Film Fragment on a Certificate of Authenticity. A small piece (approximately 0.625" x 0.125") of photographic film that was part of a roll used on the surface of the moon. It is mounted to an attractive 8.5" x 11" printed certificate signed " Richard W. Underwood" who was Supervisory Aerospace Technologist at the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston. The text gives a summarized history of the film from launch to splashdown. There is a printed mission insignia at lower left. About good condition with toning and tattering.Auction Info
