Description
3rd Year of Bisley Production.
Colt Bisley Model Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 166125 [frame, triggerguard and butt], .32 W.C.F. caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Two-line, three-date patent and Rampant Colt to left side of frame. Checkered factory hard rubber grip panels. Manufactured in 1896.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a bright grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Tracking line to cylinder. Dings and scuffs present to base of grips. Action good. Strong bore. Nelson A. Faerber Collection.
