Description
Ben Lane Engraved Marlin Model 36-A Lever Action Rifle.Serial no. D8983 [lower tang], .30-30 caliber, 20 1/2-inch barrel with hooded front sight and rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Scroll and floral leaf engraved receiver, with game scenes accented in gilt. Engravers 'BL' logo to upper tang. Smooth walnut pistolgrip stock and fore-end. Ebony factory buttplate.
Note: Ben G. Lane Jr. of Colorado, is a master engraver that has done many noted firearms and the quality of his work is world renowned.
Condition: Excellent. Overall showing light handling wear. Crisp action. Bright bore.
