Winchester Model 94 Lever Action Rifle Used by Texas Ranger, Captain Frank Probst.Serial no. 1247171, 30 WCF caliber, 20-inch barrel with rear elevation sight. Blued finish, smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Grooved metal buttplate. Gun comes with Captain Frank Probst, Texas Ranger letterhead from wife stating "This is to certify the item listed belonged to and was used by my husband Captain Frank Probst in his duties as a Texas Ranger." Gun is mentioned by serial number, caliber and model. [Signed] Mrs. Frank Probst.

Known for his leadership and dedication to law enforcement, he played a significant role in maintaining order in Texas. Captain Probst remains a notable figure in Texas Ranger history for his service and contributions to the force.
Condition: Good to very good. Retaining approximately 40-50% finish with moderate handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Scattered dings, mars and scuffs present to wood. Buttplate with heavy wear and pitting. Action crisp. Bore good.
